RJ HI-GLOSS PU CLEAR is a 2-component polyurethane based paint. RJ HI-GLOSS PU CLEAR has a high gloss and shiny, good yellowing resistance, good weather resistance, good water resistant and good adhesion to iron and wood. Very suitable used as a finishing coat to protect and make the surface look shiny.
RJ HI-GLOSS PU CLEAR is very suitable for use on bodywork, car and motorcycle parts, sills and doors as well as furniture.
Application Data
Mixture Ratio : Base : Hardener = 4 : 1 (v/v)
Dilution : 30%-40% Thinner PU
Application Method : Air Spray
Pot life : 4 hours after mixing
Drying Time : 1 hour touch dry, 18 hour hard dry
Subsequent painting interval : minimum 16 hours, maximum 7 days
Coverage (theoritical) : 13-15 m2/litre/layer
Application Procedure
1. Clean the surface from dust, rust, oil, dirt and other contaminants
2. Mix the Base and Hardener in an appropriate ratio then add 30%-40% thinner.
3. Apply using air spray.
4. After completion of application, wash all equipment using thinner.
5. Close the can tightly, store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
